Brian joined West Harbour Insurance & Investments Ltd. as a founding partner in 2006.

He believes his 20 years in the insurance and investment industry and over 20 years as a dairy farm owner prior to that were an ideal foundation for his work as an insurance and financial advisor to farm and business owners.

Bev is an owner/founder of West Harbour Insurance and celebrating the company’s 17th anniversary. She holds a Life and Accident & Sickness license # 05088052, and over the years has acquired expertise in employee benefits, life insurance and disability insurance.

Her past experience includes farming, sales and banking. As a business owner she recognizes the potential financial risks if a serious injury or death occurs with a key person, and how quickly that can change family lifestyle.

Lisa has joined West Harbour Insurance with over 17 years of experience in various executive leadership, insurance, finance, and enterprise risk management roles at a large multinational publicly traded company. She is passionate about offering education, advice, and tools to those looking to grow and protect their wealth, be it in support of personal goals or business planning.

Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Ivey Business School, a Bachelor of Management and Organization Studies (finance) from Western University, and a Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) designation. She is a licensed Life, Accident, and Sickness Insurance Broker in Ontario, Alberta and Prince Edward Island.

Lisa and her son reside in Burlington, Ontario, where they enjoy hiking, strength training, and planning their next vacation!
